With the morning sun shining and with knowing that the a storm will be brewing later on, I hit the pavement with the blades and stayed out for an hour and half.
As for healthy foods, I took a day off from healthy eating and ate a homemade burger for dinner and for breakfast, steak and eggs from one of my favorite restaurants on the Danforth. Ya...Kinda killed the workout, but I need a day off though - or I'll go crazy.. ;)
Scheduled for tomorrow is weight training and back to healthy eating. Lookin' forward to it.
