Another week has passed and it's time to evaluate. So how did I do? Looking over the whole week, I completed all workouts, kept pretty healthy up until Saturday (walking with Johnnie), but did plan ahead by burning extra calories on the treadmill prior to drinking the scotch. If I would give myself a grade it would be an A-.
So looking at the numbers, my weight stayed the same and my waist line stayed the same. WTF!! With all my efforts this week!!?? It's like I haven't done anything at all? A little discouraging huh? Ya...Am I gonna quit/give-up because I worked my a$$ off this week and saw no results? No...This just makes me want to work harder!!

Looking back at my previous weeks of my journey, there were unfortunately a few weeks where I had no change in numbers nor in appearance. I honestly have no explanation of why this occurs(since my program changes all the time to avoid plateauing), but I have come to realize and understand that patience is key and to continue to stay focused on the main goal.
Week 33 Stat Results
Going into this week, I will definitely buckle down again and work hard at it again. I have 6 weeks left till I head to a hot Caribbean island and relax on the beach(yes, I'm purchasing last minute - so I have no idea where I'm going). This is the reward and my goal that will remain shining till the time I head to the airport.
Tomorrow is 40 min cardio. Will definitely complete it. In regards to my commitments today - I kinda sucked, as I had to celebrate Valentines day with da wifey and didn't exactly want to leave her side, (since she just got back from a long weekend trip to the U.S)...Obviously a good time though. ;-)
Hopefully the results this week will reflect some progress and at least get me into the 6% fat range. I am just gonna stick to the program and work hard at it....6 weeks to go....6 weeks to go.....Eye on the prize.... =)
