Workout Log 208 - First Week Results of 2010
So the 1st week of the year has passed and believe that I'm on the right track. Seeing that last week I gained 4 pounds from all the holiday treats, this week I lost 2.5 pounds!! Woohoo! My waist size has decreased by .2 as well, but unfortunately still have not broken the 8% fat barrier. Oh well, I have 3% fat to go.
So looking back at the week, I really went hardcore and didn't miss a beat. I completed every scheduled workout on my plan, kept my calories under my recommended caloric intake and ate 5 to 6 times per day. I also even gained a Nintendo Wii to keep me even more physical (I'm really lov'n this wii thing).. =)
Looking at today's commitments, I completed 45 min weight training working on chest, back, triceps, calves and abs. Eating has become a lot easier seeing that the holiday's are over and back on to my regular regime.
Tomorrow is weight training and abs again, working on shoulders, back, leg and abs..Look'n forward to it. =)

You look good - but your chest needs a lot of work. Compared to the rest of your body, it's lagging significantly.
