Today was cardio, so I completed the required time of an hour and bladed around the city. I also did a little bit of circuit training in the mix by sprinting on long straightaways. Ended the evening with BBQ chicken breast and a salad. As usual (as with most meals), the wifey will pack on the evening calories by dousing her chicken with 3 different types of BBQ sauce, devouring a full plate of pasta and half bag of CHEESIES for 'dessert'. WTF? Why can't my metabolism be like that???? She's skinny as a whip and can eat all things guilt free and I'm here picking at my lettuce like a damn rabbit! I think I now know how I hit rock bottom weighing in at 193 pounds almost 3 months ago. I was eating the same garbage as her, but of course with my metabolism it would just 'naturally' turn into fat. As for her, all the food she eats just get's burned from the second it enters her system...Hmmm must be nice....So yes, as you probably guessed it I am very jealous of her. But there is nothing I can do about it, but to stay strong, continue to avoid these fatty foods and only have them in "moderation". I think it's pretty evident that if I were to eat a full large bag of cheesies every day like she does, I will be reaching ground zero again in no time. Since I have recently poured blood sweat and tears into this program, I have made a pledge to myself that I would not reach that stage ever again. Tomorrow is a new day and only 4 days left till I celebrate. =)
