Like riding a bike for the 1st time or any new thing you pick up, you get used to it over time, right? Well, going into the last week of my journey, I'm starting to get used to the extreme workouts for this month, even though this week is tougher than last week(at least on paper that is). I also brought my itouch for the workout, which I must confess did help with the short bursts of cardio. It was like I couldn't wait to get back on the treadmill, so I would hurry up my weight training(which I essentially was suppose to do anyways) and then finish watch my show of "Entourage"(which IMO is the best show on TV). =) Since the size of the itouch is so big, I don't usually carry it with me unless I am only doing cardio, but seeing that this has worked for me (as I see it's killing boredom) , I now set the itouch aside as I do my weight training and then display it up on the treadmill as soon as it's time to burn some calories. My MP3 player that I carry with me all the time is as small as the ipod shuffle, but IMO easier to use and the battery life is excellent(I charge it every 2 weeks and I use it every day). Menu options are a little finicky at 1st, but you get used it over time. Price range is about 30 bux for a 2Gig size. For the price - definitely worth it. So anyhow, another successful day has gone by and 6 more days to go till I celebrate. =)
Sansa Clip - Verdict : Highly Recommended (IMO, better than the ipod shuffle)
