So today marks another milestone : completing my 200th day on my workout plan.

So which now brings me to a quick review of this passed week. Three words - "I totally sucked!" =) This week is the worst week in 200 days. I have never gained as much weight as 4 pounds in such a little amount of time. But in perspective, rightfully deserved and I won't lie - I really enjoyed myself gaining it! hehehe...=) Since I only went to the gym 4 to 5 times in the passed week & a half, binged on holiday goodies and drank lots of alcohol, that could only lead to one thing - gained weight and an increase around the waist. I could just imagine how much I could have gained if I did not go to the gym??? Yikes...
Well, I got some work ahead of me as I have taken a step back with an increase of 1% fat and need to get back on the saddle of my journey. My main goal is to reach 5% fat. If I could reach this goal within 30 days that would be good. =) Then after I take it easy and just workout 3 to 4 times a week, instead of 6 times.
So, my start date is this Monday(as with most people starting with their new years resolutions) and definitely looking forward to getting back in there. =)

I just stumbled on to your page by way of daily burn. You have done a great job man! I'm just now getting back into things. I was going great and lost about 25 pounds only to put back on 30 in a matter of a few months! I like how you've laid things out here. I plan on spending plenty of time checking your jouney.
