With today as the 1st day starting with a new 4 week workout routine (target's high reps and cardio to get lean), I nearly didn't make it in the gym.
Upon waking up, I washed the face, grabbed my gear and was fully energized to face an intense workout. =) So at that time, I completed an hour workout working on hams, arms, chest, traps, abs and 15 total minutes on the treadmill and bike. Excellent workout and happy to report that I didn't bail out on my workout. Another battle has been won. Woohoo! =)
Tomorrow is similar to today's workout and lookin' forward to taking another small leap to leaning up. Twenty six more days left till I leave to the Caribbean to show it all off. ahh...can't wait... =)
