As for today's workout, it was 40 min regular cardio. While I enjoyed a good episode of King of Queens, I decided to change between walking on an incline and jogging every 5 min for 20 min. What I've noticed is that my calorie count was the exact amount for each exercise. A calorie burned is a calorie burned right?
So overall today was another successful day burning over 400 calories and looking forward to another successful day tomorrow w/ 35 min weight training.. Lookin' forward to it. ;)
