Workout Log 232 - Incline Walk vs Jogging

As for today's workout, it was 40 min regular cardio. While I enjoyed a good episode of King of Queens, I decided to change between walking on an incline and jogging every 5 min for 20 min. What I've noticed is that my calorie count was the exact amount for each exercise. A calorie burned is a calorie burned right?

Since I'm not a huge fan of jogging in the first place, I decided to use the remaining 20 min of walking on an incline. This way, it was easy on my joints, I wasn't seriously out of breath,  the treadmill isn't shaking all over the place, less noise and most importantly the itouch was unlikely to fall... ;P

So overall today was another successful day burning over 400 calories and looking forward to another successful day tomorrow w/ 35 min weight training.. Lookin' forward to it. ;)
