Another challenging week complete and must say, it's has been quite tiring. In review of this week's stats, I have definitely improved my strength by at least 5-10%, gained 2 pounds of muscle, decreased fat by 1 pound, decreased the waistline by .2 and have decreased my fat percentage by .71% fat. Not bad, I have improved from last week and can tell that the my fat around my lower abs are slowly but surely starting to disappear.
In review of this week's workout/nutrition plan :
- I missed a workout, but made it up the next day.
- I continued to make wiser and healthier food choices.
- I ate a 'free' hotdog/sausage for lunch one day, but made it up with extra time on the treadmill
- For my reward meal, I chowed down on KFC( Yeehhaa!)
