So today marks another completion to the RTP workout plan as I have now completed the 3rd month(12 week) for the 2nd time. Woohhooo! =) It also marks 1 week into the 3rd journey/mission and 3 weeks left to get leaner and reach 5% fat. With Christmas just around the corner, this will not be easy. ;-)
Looking at my stats for this week, not much has changed from last week. I have gained 1 pound, and no changes around the waist. Aside from what the numbers show, I am however looking and feeling leaner. The amount of cardio I had in the passed week has truely tired me out, and at the same time balanced out the amount of unhealthy foods I ate through-out the week.
Going into the weeks forward will not be easy as Christmas is fast approaching where the Christmas cakes, cookies, chocolates and pot luck lunches are yet to come. A very bad time to make any weight loss mission. ;-)
I will definitely try though. =)
