Looking over the passed week, I was able to get in the gym 5 out of 6 scheduled days and overall kept it pretty healthy.
Tomorrow is 20 min HIIT cardio and abs - look'n forward to it. ;-)

Nice work Bro! Your dedication is paying off. So what is your end goal? Do you want to continue bulking up? Are you going for that "bad ass sum bitch" look!? You have built the body that most dudes would be satisfied with...I know I would anyway.
