Workout Log 229 - Week 31 in Review — The Road to Riddick

Workout Log 229 - Week 31 in Review

 Looking over the passed week, I was able to get in the gym 5 out of 6 scheduled days and overall kept it pretty healthy.

Had a little bit of scotch yesterday along with an extra cheat meal the day before, but it seems that my overall efforts through-out the week had outweighed my mistakes. So this brings me to my stats. I lost 2 pounds and lost another .2 around the waist. It seems that I'm right back to where I was in December, before I gained the extra 4 to 5 pounds over the holidays. So, this is good news.

I now go into another week and also a new workout schedule different from last months. Instead of 45 min workouts, Workout times will be reduced down to 35 min. and will concentrate more on bulking up and cardio. I also got some good ideas from a body building forum of how I can get my chest more defined, and have been advised to do more weighted dips. So going forward, weighted dips shall be part of my regime.

Tomorrow is 20 min HIIT cardio and abs - look'n forward to it. ;-)

Nice work Bro! Your dedication is paying off. So what is your end goal? Do you want to continue bulking up? Are you going for that "bad ass sum bitch" look!? You have built the body that most dudes would be satisfied with...I know I would anyway.
