Looking back at the week, Canada won the mens hockey beating the United States 3 to 2 in overtime,(had to rub it in again =) ), all workouts completed for the week(even-though there was one day I felt completely exhausted prior to the scheduled workout, but still made it and another day executing perseverance to deal with multiple errands that tried to keep me back), the workouts have been really, really intense and finally, I battled temptation and won. =)
So, looking at the numbers, I have lost 3 pounds since last week and am continuing to think that the weight scale is screwed up. My weight is all over the place. So I had the opportunity to speak with my friendly personal trainer again and she cannot have explained it any better, "if your pants are still fitting good, don't worry about it"...hehehe..Such a candid response but at the same time very true. =)
Week 35 Pic 1
Week 35 Pic 2(with traps)
Since the waist line has decreased by 0.2, I still maintain at 6% fat (6.74% to be exact). From the looks of the pics, I can definitely see progression and happy to see that my intense workouts coupled with my healthy eating habits/sacrifices are paying off in the end.
I have .74% to go till I reach my goal and 3 more weeks until I head to the beach. Looking forward to it. =)
