Since I completed a pretty intense workout yesterday, today I decided to kick back and relax on my Sunday.
I was doing pretty good for food intake all day until my last meal in the evening where I wolfed down a huge T-bone steak and a drank about 1/2 bottle of wine...Like lobster, t-bones don't come around too often, so I had to indulge. =)
Tomorrow is pure healthy eating and back to my regular workout regime. Looking forward to another good day.
