Workout Log 287 - Ruined by Ribs

With nothing in the fridge for my 5th meal(dinner) and feeling really lazy to cook, I decided to give Swiss Chalet a call. After I requested for my regular order(1/4 chicken white, w/ salad and Multi-grain bun), the lady surprised me with a free appetizer(spring rolls, peroggies or crispy ribs). With no hesitation, I asked for the ribs....

After 20 min roll by of eating it, I had my regrets...Seeing that I just put on 45 min on the cycle, I'm thinking....Damn!! I was doing so well?? My whole day was going healthy perfect and had to ruin it on the last meal (even-though it was free and it tasted damn good!)...So, looking at the Swiss Chalet nutritional guide the whole rib pack was 940 calories & lots a fat...Good thing is, I only ate 1/2 the pack as I split it with da wifey(I used her to share the fat...hehehe)...So, no big deal....I probably didn't progress today, but there is always tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I'll keep it clean and make sure I get in the gym for the 15 min cardio and 30 min weight training that I have scheduled. Look'n forward to it. ;)
