With today as the 1st day of the week, I have officially re-started my regular routine by completing 15 min total cardio, and approximately 40 min working on back, legs, triceps, traps and abs.
Since I need to lose a few around the waist(from the high calorie Dominican vacation), I'm sticking with my previous workout plan where it combines cardio and weight training for each session. So in perspective, I'm burning more calories by the high reps(20-25 reps / set) as well as the cardio that I get for each day I'm in the gym. Also, if the weather is good, I can guarantee you that I'll be out ripping up the pavement with the rollerblades. =)
So it felt pretty good getting back into the routine and happy that I started the week with my 1st foot forward and ready to succeed again. Tomorrow is more weight training and cardio and lookin' forward to it. ;)
