Pressed for time, I left the early morning leaving my 'lunch' at home. I usually pack 4 meals for when I'm at work and then another 2 meals when I get home. So this of course put myself in a situation where I need to get food from outside and plus I only have 15 bux to my name till pay day tomorrow. So I'm thinkin', it's gotta be healthy and it's gotta be cheap.
So with only 12 bux left on hand, I headed to the local grocery and purchased a box of Oatmeal(3 bux) and a large already prepared salad with chicken breast(8 bux). So if my math is right, I had 1 dollar left. =) So upon arriving from the grocery, i ate 2 packets of oatmeal and split the large chicken salad into 2 parts. Mission Complete. Hehehe =)
Upon arriving home, I completed 1 hour of weight training, abs and 15 total cardio. Very successful day, even with the temptation. ;-)
