In an effort to sticking with my routine (which I just recently implemented swimming into the mix), I swam about 30 to 40 laps to cover the 20 min HIIT cardio that was scheduled for today.
As you can tell from the pic above, I'm just "ITCHIN'" to get in a pool and order drinks =) 2 More weeks and I'll be there!! The anticipation is just killing me, but need to keep focused for the next 14 days. No screw ups, no missed workouts, no unhealthy foods and very limited to no alcohol. As a reward, I can have all of these things in 2 weeks time for a
full week - I just need to keep my head on straight and keep on doing what I'm doing... =)
Tomorrow is rest day....No scheduled workouts, but still need to keep it healthy and get plenty o' sleep.
