So with yesterday's sickness and many of hours of sleep I was all revved up, in gear and ready to go.
So I completed Monday's scheduled weight training today working on chest, hams, arms, shoulders, abs and 15 minutes total cardio. Again, quite exhausting and intense. Foods all healthy and again got lots of sleep. Overall good day.
Tomorrow is 50 min cardio and looking forward to watching 2 good episodes of Kings of Queens. Eighteen more days till I get out of this cold a$$ country and get on a beach...Ahhh ...can't wait...
