aWorkout Log 263 - Calling in Sick

You would think that by taking a day off from work and calling in sick would be great especially with the +14c weather outside? Ya...Not me. Something I ate the night before kinda crippled me and was forced to get serious sleep.

So no workout for today - oh well...As you can tell, I'm not a machine, but definitely made a best effort . Still kept it healthy and got lots of sleep. With all the sleep I got, I should be good to go for tomorrow.
