Completed 50 min cardio on the bike and treadmill. I tell ya, that first 5 minutes is a killer! I'm still not used to it.

Workout Log 266 - Another Good Day.

Tomorrow is weight training and 15 min cardio as well as my review of the week. Hopefully the numbers are good. Mission 3 Commitments - Status of the Day
