Workout Log 230 - Splitting Headache = Rest
Ohh man...The pain...I was very much looking forward to my workout this evening, but unfortunately got sideswiped with a headache.
My workout for the evening was only going to be 35 min long, but with my head pounding with the beat of my heart - I could only see it getting worse. I tried advil, black coffee, even weed! Didn't matter what I tried, I could not get rid of it - so I rested...
So, today is a missed day for 20 min HIIT cardio and abs, but in perspective I kept pretty good in regards to healthy meals and calorie count. Tomorrow is another day though and should be aok.
Scheduled tomorrow, I have 35 minutes weight training. I'll add another 10 min HIIT cardio and a few sets of abs in the mix to make up for today.
