Whatta perfect day.....All meals on time, calorie intake was perfect, got enough sleep and most importantly polished off 35 min of cardio with ab exercises.
Just kiddin' - I'm a little more optimistic than that..=) Tomorrow shouldn't shouldn't be a problem..Weight training is only 35 min long and will be working mostly upper body. Lookin' forward to another perfect day. ;)
