As the old saying goes, If you fail to plan, you plan to fail....Well, that's what happened today. With waking up late, then getting tied up with errands, I unfortunately missed out on my 30 min. cardio and abs.
Even though I was however pretty healthy today with meals, I'll have to make up my workout for today. Tomorrow is legs and shoulders. I'll add in 20 min cardio as well as ab exercises as part of my 'plan' for tomorrow. I'm home all day so there should be no excuse.
