With cardio scheduled for today, instead of the same ol' treadmill, bike or elliptical, I figured I will change it up. In my condo, I conveniently have a very cool pool (huge pool with high ceilings and all), but seldom use it.
I spent approximately 45 minutes in the pool and completed about 40 to 50 laps doing the breast stroke and front crawl. Ya - I was dead tired! So dead tired that I had spend another 10 min in the jacuzzi and another 5 min in the sauna. ;)
Overall good times today and was good to get a change from the norm. Tomorrow is 35 min weight training. Should be no problem.
