For today's scheduled cardio, I decided to change it up and get back on the cycle. Even though the seat kills my a$$, I figured I needed a change.
So, I completed 40 min on the cycle burning approximately 400 calories, along with 10 min of ab exercises. As for eating, I have again kept it clean by staying under 2300 calories.
Looking forward to another good day. Two more days of this and I get a perfect score with 0 missed workouts and a very healthy week. Wish me luck.

Congrats on your progress! It takes a lot of effort to track all of that information, but you're getting results from it. Keep going!
In one of your logs, you mentioned lots of patience. I'm currently trying to lose 40 pounds in 40 weeks, and it's a struggle. I've been monitoring my # of calories since the 19th of January, 2010, and am seeing results since I started the tracking.
Your progress is very motivating. Keep at it!
Thanks guy and thanks for the friendly post on your site - well appreciated...I'm a work in progress though - but I'm getting there. As you simply said, patience is key. With the tracking along side with hard work you could only expect results. Good luck to you and I'll check in once in a while to check on your progress.
