Another Good Day. Completed weight training today and again really pushed it to the limit.
I again increased the weights by another 5% for each exercise. As an example, I am now curling 95 pounds 10 times. I remember trying this months ago and couldn't get passed 1 rep. As for bench press, I have been using the bench press machine(to avoid injury from the barbell exercises) and now have reached the maximum of 200 lbs. I think I now need to use the barbell - the only thing is I have no spot. I think I may resort to asking someone in the gym to spot a couple of times....
Anyhow, I'll worry about that later. Tomorrow is cardio. So far, I'm on a roll with healthy eating and all and just need to keep the momentum going. Lookin' forward to it.
