With knowing that I had poker planned in the evening, I knew that one of my buds was gonna bring over a bottle of Johnnie Black. Since I am so weak when it comes to alcohol, I knew that it was inevitable and therefore had to come up with a plan where "I can I have my cake and eat it too"...
So before heading into the evening, I completed my scheduled weight training (35 min) and then completed another 20 min on the treadmill. This way, I could have a few drinks and not feel too bad.
But my walk with Johnnie was short though. I didn't want to go overboard, especially when playing poker - so I kept it easy with 3 drinks and kept pretty healthy overall for the day.
Tomorrow is 20 min HIIT cardio. Looking forward to it.
