Really pushed the weights today and surprised myself once again as I have increased my curling weight from 30 lbs a side to 35 lbs a side. So total curling weight is 85lbs - 8 to 10 times a set for 5 sets...Hmmm not bad... ;-)
Speaking of which, I also increased my alcohol intake this evening which is definately not gonna help with my goals - but hey, it's once in a while right?. I think I had at least 8 to 10 drinks (rum and coke) at the pre-party and then another 5 drinks (whisky and ginger) at the Redemption party at The Docks Nightclub. I'm not much of a clubber, but since it was my buddies birthday and really enjoy the old school dance hall tunes - it was hard to say no.... Overall great crowd and definitely a good time....
Today, with the ample amounts of alcohol(aka binge drinking), I'll use today as my reward meal. As for tomorrow, I'm taking a day off from workouts....I need a break, I'm tired and still drunk...;-)
