Scheduled for today was weight training - mostly legs, but decided to use today as my rest day as I had to prepare and host an evening with my buds for the opening ceremonies of the Olympics.
I also decided to have today as my reward meal as a I devoured a few slices of pizza (thin crust, whole wheat) and about 5 beers. Tomorrow will have to be healthy.
Speaking of tomorrow, I also have to complete weight training (35 min) where I'll be targeting on legs and shoulders. Should have time to get 'er done.
