With too many things on the fly today, there was no time for a workout, but in persepctive it was good to get some rest from all the cardio for the passed couple of days.

A similar program to the RTP System is Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" program. Same proven principles and have seen good results with this program. Again - Highly recommended and just remember to stick with it. Don't Quit.
