Since I'm back in the swing of things, today was a snap....Today I worked chest, biceps, legs, back and abs. Also in between sets, completed a total of 15 min cardio on the treadmill switching from incline speed walk to a brisk run. Overall great workout and lookin forward to tomorrow's workout which will concentrate more on legs and my glutes... =)
