Looks like I'm back on track...I completed 45 min cardio on the treadmill and burned approximately 420 calories.....Hmmmm "420" - my favorite number... ;-) .
While on the treadmill I avoided boredom by watching a movie on the itouch, changed from a light jog to a run and then later changed to an incline speed walk. By the time I knew it, the 45 min was done...
As for other commitments, I stayed on par with eating and sleeping and looking forward to tomorrows weight training and light cardio.
