Completed 20 min HIIT cardio using the treadmill, where I used the itouch to help pass the time as well as changing the pace between running and jogging for the 20 min period.
Later on the evening, I played some poker with a few buds chowing down on a few slices of pizza, wings and 2 beers, marking today as my reward meal day.
Tomorrow is Rest Day and therefore no workout for tomorrow..... =)
