Ahh....Rest day finally. No workout for today. Kept pretty on par with commitments except for sleep which is pretty consistent for every Saturday.
Tomorrow is the last day for weight training and cardio as a combo. Monday will start off fresh with a new workout plan and looking forward to changing the pace as I'm starting to get kinda bored and tired(literally) of this months plan. Plus the new plan will only be 30 to 40 min long instead of an hour. =)
