Skipped out on the workout for today...No real excuse, except that I was just.. 'lazy'. =) My day was going pretty terrible already with planning and made the choice to skip it and just relax on the couch. I'll pick up the pace tomorrow and get back on the wagon.
As for eating and other commitments, I kept pretty good. As an example, for my last meal in the evening, I ate brown rice instead of white rice while eating sushi.
Tomorrow I have weight training planned and will continue the journey tomorrow.
