So, I didn't do much today. I spent most of my time sleeping and watching movies. I'm still recovering from new years and looking forward to starting up with Day 1/Week 1 with my workout plan tomorrow.
Tomorrow I'll be working on weight training and abs only. No Cardio. Again, looking forward to getting back in the gym and leaving with that pumped up feeling! Yeaah!! =)
