This week has to be the most busiest week in the gym . Today, there were no treadmills available nor any elliptical's. Unfortunately only stationary bikes were left. I'm personally not a big fan of the stationary bike, not because of it's effectiveness nor that it's a great tool to burn some serious calories, but the fact that it kills my a$$ after 5 min. of sitting on it.!!. =) I know I'm not alone on this, as I always hear and see people complaining about how uncomfortable the seats are.
Anyhow, enough of my ranting... I completed 35 min on the most uncomfortable bike, while at the same time watching a show on the itouch... Calorie intake was good, but sleep kinda sucked as I got caught up fixing a cell phone issue late at night.
Tomorrow is weight training working on back, arms, legs and abs... Looking forward to it.
