Easy day today. Completed 45 min working on legs, biceps, arms and abs...Pretty easy workout as I'm starting to get used to the swing of things. Calorie intake and meals - all on par....=)

Workout Log 209 - Workout Regime like 2nd Nature now
Tomorrow is 35 min cardio. 5 more minutes than last week. Should be no problem. I also have the itouch all ready to watch an episode of Family Guy.
