Happy New Year!!
Hope your new years was good as mine. Since I hosted the new years party the night before, I woke up with a huge hangover and skipped out on my workout. As for calorie intake, we still had tons of food left over from the night before, so obviously I couldn't let it go to waste right? :-)
Today was also to mark an end to my mission 3, but have decided to provide the update tomorrow with the results as I will be celebrating my 200th day since starting this program. I'm not looking forward to the results as I know I've gained weight over the passed holiday week :-(
