So after many months on contemplating of getting a Wii, I finally got one. Since "all" the stores were sold out, I was fortunate to find some kid on Craigslist that was selling one. Pretty good deal - $200 for the console, 2 games and 2 controllers....Hmm not bad... =)
I have to say, overall I really love the wii. =) My right arm is killing me right now from all the hyper extended swings while playing a really cool tennis game called Virtua Tennis 2009 (shown above). Looking back at my little exercise I got there, I was in a sweat and my arm was about to drop off. Overall, very cool system... 7.5 out of 10 - as the graphics can't compare with the 360 nor the PS3.
In regards to my commitments for today, I completed everything and stayed on track working on legs, biceps, arms and abs all within a 45 minute period. I am however very sore. It's been almost a week without a workout and my muscles are now screaming in pain. But to come to think of it, it's a good pain. =)
So did I exceed my workout with the Wii today?? I dunno, I was in a sweat and all, but it's not as if I was using the Wii Fit or anything close to it.... So I'll mark today as just on schedule.
Tomorrow is 30 min cardio and I desperately need it...Looking forward to it... =)
