So it was back in the gym for me for the 1st day of the year. Since I had so much rest from the day before, I was really pumped to get back in there.
Today I worked on chest, back, calves, triceps and abs all within 45 min. No cardio scheduled for today, even-though I felt a little tempted to get on the treadmill for about 5 minutes or so....Of coarse to keep consistent with my workout I had to make sure that my calorie intake and healthy foods were in check for today and definitely kept on track.
Tomorrow is legs, arms & abs and looking forward to another successful day. =)
