Completed weight training today where I worked on calves, back, triceps, chest and abs. With all that being said, I was seriously dead tired as I only had 20 seconds of rest between sets. Wheew, I almost forgot how intense this workout plan is! Soreness is going away though. =)
Tomorrow is weight training again focusing on legs , shoulders, biceps and abs. Lookin' forward to it. :-)
