Workout Log 206 - Passin' on Pizza
With today as a rest day, no workout required. I kept pretty good with nutrition and even passed up an opportunity for free pizza. That was tough... ;-)
Tomorrow's workout is only 20 min...For that time I'll be working on HIIT cardio. Look'n forward to it. ;-)
