Today was a total train wreck. I was doing so well until I missed a meal in the afternoon, due to an errand that I had to run. From that point, my train derailed.
Even when I got back home, I could have went to the gym at my regular time, but felt so nauseous because I desperately needed something to eat. So I ate something small to satisfy me a bit and decided to to hang out with one of my buds. Later on the evening I had to go back outside to run another errand. It was about 10pm and my hunger struck again. This was no regular hunger..I was seriously, seriously starving!! I can't remember ever being this hungry and with all the little voices in my head trying rationalize eating late in the evening, I finally caved in and had to binge =(... So, I stopped off at
Pat's Homestyle and decided to split a small jerk chicken and rice with the da wifey. Reminiscing on it, it was damn good!! I even asked for extra gravy!! =) (what was I thinking.....)
So, I may have broken down today, but tomorrow is another day. I'm not perfect, but can see myself getting back on track in no time. I have no scheduled plans, so the gym is definitely on the list of things to do. Another is to take it easy, stay healthy and eat my meals on time.
