Workout Log 207 - Cardio day
Completed 20 min HIIT cardio, where I spent half my time on the elliptical and the last 10 min on the treadmill. Since the gym was busy, I had no choice but to juggle between the two. I also used my ipod/itouch and watched an episode of Family Guy while I burned over 250 calories. ;-)
Tomorrow is weight training and abs. I believe I'll be working on chest, back, triceps and calves. Lookin' forward to it. =)
