Completed 45 min today with weight training where I worked on legs, shoulders, biceps and abs all within 45 min. Again, another challenging workout and my legs are just killin' me..What I've realized again, it's not when you leave the gym that your muscles ache, it's the next morning!! ;-)
Today I decided to have my reward meal day where I ordered wings and fries from one of my favorite wing places, "The Wing Company". They have several types of flavors, were we ordered the Smoked Lime &
Tequila flavour, Buffalo Style - Hot, side order of fries and watered it down with 1 beer. Absolutely delicious and rightly deserved for a successful week of eating healthy and meeting/exceeding my exercise goals!!
Right across the street from The Wing Company is Toronto's oldest bar called The Wheat Sheaf. I also highly recommend their wings as well as they were my 1st choice before The Wing Company moved in..... Of course I only have these types of foods on my reward meal days (once a week)... =)
Tomorrow is my day off from the gym and back to healthy eating...Lookin' forward to it.. ;-)
